The following rules apply to the use of the “TENSUI JAPAN STORE” shopping site.

Article 1 scope of these Terms

These Terms specify the services provided by the Site.

Article 2 Members

(9)All business activities using our membership without our approval
(10)an act of campaign or the like or in violation of laws and regulations such as the Public Offices Election Act
(11)Falsely responding to all surveys we conduct, including the application process

(13)Illegal use of ID and password
(14)Other acts that we consider to be inappropriate as the acts of such member.

Article 7 cancellation of membership

1.If any of the items below apply, we may terminate your membership without prior notice or consent.

(1)Any violation of the prohibitions stipulated in Article 6 or any other provisions of the Covenant.

2.If you cancel your status, you will cancel all rights that you have with us.

Article 8 withdrawal

Article 9 Changes to the Terms

We may change these Terms at any time without prior notice or consent of the members. 1.We shall not be responsible for any damage suffered by members or third parties due to the delay or interruption of the provision of the services on this site for any reason.

3.Our company will not be responsible for any damage caused by information obtained through the use of the service of this site.

Article 15 About the provision of this service

2.Application time

“We accept orders for products 24 hours a day, but we may not be able to accept orders due to server maintenance. Even in this case, we assume no responsibility.

3.Import duties, taxes and charges

(1)Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

(2)Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

(3)These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up.

(4)We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” – US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.


Shipping will be a flat $5 regardless of shipping location, number of items ordered or weight. Free shipping if your total purchase is more than $50.

5.Payment Method

Payment of the fee generated by using this service shall be made only by Paypal payment.

8.Delivery Date

9.Cancellation, return, exchange

(2)Cancellation after delivery, etc. We will accept only if the shipped item is defective or different from the ordered item. (Only if you contact us within 7 days of the arrival of the item.) (3)Regardless of the preceding paragraph, the following items cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
*Products that have been opened or used
*Items that have been delivered more than 8 days ago.
*Products damaged or stained by customers
*Foods and drinks (including health foods), flowers, and other sunamono
*Products without a package (bag and case)
*Products that have been processed for customers, such as ordered products and products with names

(4)If there is a clear defect on the item or if it is a wrong item, we will pay for the return shipping. If you do not like the item or if it is returned or exchanged due to your own reason, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.


Except as stated in the preceding article, we make no warranty of any kind with respect to defects in the products sold.

11.Additional notes

(1)As for the items, there are some items that are sold in limited quantities, and we may not be able to deliver them because they are sold out.
(2)Some of the products we deliver may differ slightly from the ones listed on our website due to changes in specifications by the manufacturer.
(3)The product photos shown on our website are of actual products, but if you look through the monitor, the colors may differ from those of the actual products.
(4)Please note that we are not responsible for any problems caused by undelivered or garbled emails from us to you or from you to us.
