Cancellation, Return, Exchange
- We can cancel your order if it is within 24 hours of the order date. If you would like to cancel the contract, please contact our inquiry desk.
- Cancellation after delivery, etc. We will accept only if the shipped item is defective or different from the ordered item. (Only if you contact us within 7 days of the arrival of the item.) We do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer reasons, so please choose carefully when ordering.
- Regardless of the preceding paragraph, the following items cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
